Studio Policies

Cancellations
Students may cancel a lesson for any reason, but must give 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Exclusive of illness or emergency, cancellations without requested notice are subject to charge of a full lesson fee. No refunds are available for any reason.

Payments

Payments are made in advance of your session(s) online or by invoice. You are welcome to pay by credit card, Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer, or check. Payment for multiple sessions may be made in advance for the student’s convenience. Online sessions are paid at the time of scheduling. 

Scheduling

Clients can schedule individual sessions on my Calendly page or contact me directly to set up a regular meeting time.

​Due to my performance and teaching schedule, conflicts occasionally arise. If the conflict is unavoidable, I will make every effort to provide as much advance notice as possible and schedule a makeup session at the earliest convenience of both client and teacher.

Confidentiality and Respect
All client conversations are held in confidence. 

Timeliness to your session is expected and appreciated. ​If you are running behind schedule, I cannot guarantee you the full allotted amount of time for your session.
